Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa.

  • Main Centres: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Nelspruit, Polokwane.

  • Regional/Outlying Areas: Deliveries to rural areas, farms, or small towns may take an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Note: We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or via the South African Post Office. Please provide a street address for courier delivery.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: R100 flat rate for most orders.

  • Free Delivery: All orders over R1500 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Heavy/Bulky Items: Large items may incur a shipping surcharge, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Main Centres: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Regional Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal.

4. Delivery Process

  • Courier Partners: We use reputable local couriers Aramex

  • Delivery Times: Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

  • Receiving Your Order: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to sign for the delivery. If no one is available, the courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you to reschedule.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Damages: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is damaged, notify us at dntcollective@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Lost Parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds (Shipping Related)

  • If you return an item because it is defective or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
